KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police say the man accused in a deadly shooting spree on Easter may have been high on PCP at the time, KMBC reported.
Givon Clemons, 25, was wounded in a shootout with officers over the weekend. He's accused of shooting a woman to death at an Independence convenience store because she was wearing the color blue. Police say Clemons also shot and killed another woman when she refused to let him into her apartment.Clemons (pictured, left) remains hospitalized.
