KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Some businesses in Olathe, Kan., have been cited for selling alcohol to minors.
KMBC reported that the Olathe Police Department used several 18-year-olds during a compliance check to buy liquor.Investigators said that four out of 19 liquor stores sold liquor to minors. Six out of 33 convenience stores also sold alcohol to the teens, along with one grocery store.
The violation carries a minimum fine of $200.
