KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police in Kansas City are searching for clues after a deadly shooting.

It happened around 2 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Cleveland Avenue.

When officers arrived on the scene, a 25-year-old Hispanic male was located suffering from a gunshot wound. Authorities said he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Authorities also said a second shooting victim was located a block away from the original scene. The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Authorities believe several people were leaving a house party when the shootings occurred.

The victims names have not been released.

No suspects are in custody.
