A judge in Sharon Stone's child custody case said that the actress has overreacted "to many medical issues" regarding her young son's health issues -- to the point that she wanted to get Botox treatments for his smelly feet, according to TMZ.com.The revelations were made by a Superior Court judge in San Francisco, who released a "Tentative Statement of Decision" in the case, which was detailed on the celebrity gossip Web site. The "Basic Instinct" star is in the midst of a custody battle with ex-husband Phil Bronstein over their 8-year-old adopted son, Roan. The couple adopted the boy in 1997, married in 1998 and divorced in 2004.The judge wrote that in one instance, Stone believed that her son had a spinal condition, but "there was no evidence to support this allegation."
"Another example of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor," according to the ruling. "As Father (Bronstein) appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."According to People magazine, the judge declined Stone's request to move Roan from San Francisco, where he lives with Bronstein, to Los Angeles. She was granted visitation rights, including some weekends and holidays. The judge wrote that Stone was "unable to provide the structure, continuity and reliability that Roan needs, and candidly, deserves."In addition to "Basic Instinct," Stone, 50, has starred in such films as "Total Recall" and "Casino," which earned her a Best Actress Oscar nomination.Bronstein, 57, is a newspaper executive.
